Objective :Toretrospective analysis the clinic therapeutic effects of acne hyperpigrnentation by 560nm intense pulsed light.Methods :518 patients of acne hyperpigmentation were treatmented by 560nm intense pulsed light, pulse delay 25-40ms,pulse duration3.0-4.0, double pulse or triple pulse,energy density 14-19 J/cm2.Follow up 3 months.The therapeutic effects were judged by comparison of the photographs before operation and after treatment.Results :After therapy 1-5 times, the facial efficacy is better than thoracic and dorsal efficacy, statistical significance (P< 0.05); thoracic and dorsal efficacy were not statistical significance (P>0.05).Red lesions efficacy is better than brown lesions efficacy, but comparison the effective rate of different type acne hyperpigmentation which showed not statistical significance.No scar formation was observed in any patient.No scar formation was observed in any patients.The therapeutic effect was positively related to the times of treatment.Conclusion :The using of 560nm intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne hyperpigmentation is a securing and effective method.No scar and less pains.
