Aim: We try to establish a reliable and quantitative ulcer model to evaluate mucosa protecting drug.Methods: The Kunming mice was used, 10 mice in each group, take aspirin 32, 64, and 128 mg/kg by gavage, indomethacin 30 mg/kg by subcutaneous injection, diclofenac sodium 7, 14, and 28 mg/kg by garage for 7 d.
