目的：探讨女性生殖道横纹肌肉瘤患者的临床特点、治疗方法及预后影响因素。方法：回顾性分析了13例女性科生殖道横纹肌肉瘤患者的临床资料，通过统计分析，比较所有患者的临床特点、治疗、复发情况以及预后情况。结果：13例患者中原发于阴道6例，原发于宫颈7例。
