本文报告一例儿童原发性骨髓纤维化病例并复习相关文献。本病为原因不明的造血干细胞异常所致的慢性骨髓增生性疾病，多见于成人，儿童少见。其病变包括骨髓巨核细胞与粒细胞系的增生，纤维组织增生及髓外造血，常导致贫血及肝脾肿大。
