本文探讨采用填充系数作为堆粉单面焊特征参数的可能性和合理性,将填充系数定义为单位焊缝长度上熔敷的填充粉重量与熔敷的焊丝重量的比例系数。从定义出发,导出了确定填充系数的实用表达式,以及填充系数与熔合比等常用参数的关系式。本文阐明堆粉单面焊有以下特点:焊接热利用率高,母材对焊缝稀释率低,热影响区面积相对减小,熔敷速度高和焊缝合金化较简便经济等。本文还提供了预报堆粉单面焊工艺参数及焊缝化学成分的一系列关系式和实用图表。
In this paper, the possibility and rationality of using filling factor as the characteristic parameter of heap one-side welding are discussed. The filling factor is defined as the ratio coefficient between the weight of filler powder and the weight of welding wire. Based on the definition, a practical expression for determining the filling factor and the relation between the filling factor and the melting parameter are derived. This paper states that the single-side heap welding powder has the following characteristics: high welding heat utilization, low dilution rate of base metal on the weld, heat-affected zone area is relatively reduced, high deposition rate and weld alloying more simple and economical. This article also provides a series of relational formulas and practical charts for forecasting the technical parameters and the chemical composition of the weld powder single-sided welding.
