The Chinese Train Control System Level 3(CTCS-3)is the key technology that ensures the safety,reliability and high efficiency of train operation.Before putting a CTCS-3 system into service,it is necessary to carry out a series of testing to ensure that the CTCS-3 system complies with system requirements specification,for whose purposes a set of test cases must be prepared.In this paper a test case management system is studied and implemented,which can provide the user with a Web-based environment with such functions as browsing,searching,creating,modifying and deleting test cases,importing and exporting test cases files in MS WORD format,as well as generating various kinds of reports.On the basis of introducing the architecture of the system and analyzing the functional requirements,the software and database architecture,software implementation and work process of the system are described in detail.
