The column-switching high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was a powerful technique for the analysis of the separation and clean-up of multicomponent mixtures.For simple pretreatment, concentrated and cleaned analytical interest on-line, the column-switching HPLC was popular to use to analyze the bio-fluid samples, such as plasma, serum, urine, saliva, and so on.
