A rapid, specific and sensitive method based on liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS) in the positive and negative ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) has been developed and validated for the quantification of mycotoxins (aflatoxins-AFB1, AFB2, AFG1 and AFG2), Ochratoxin A (OTA), Zearalenone (ZEA), deoxynivalenol (DON), Fumonisins (FB1 and FB2)) in Cereals.
