Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs),as one of the major persistence organic pollutants(POPs),have potential adverse effects on human health.Studies have showed that one of the major adverse effects was causing neurotoxicity.[1] However, the mechanism of its neurotoxicity is not fully understand, and by studying the neurometabolic changes associated with PBDEs exposure, the mechanism may be gleaned.
