This article discusses in detail the laws applicable to the implementation of foreign-related contracts for large-scale power and civil engineering projects in China, the strategies to be adopted, the main content of foreign-related tenders, and the problems that are likely to be overlooked. The issues that should be noted in the implementation of foreign-related contracts are also discussed.
