烧结温度对溶胶凝胶法制备锰酸锶镧La0.6Sr0.4MnO3薄膜导电性能的影响

  本文基于溶胶凝胶法,以硝酸镧硝酸锶硝酸锰为主要反应原料,以柠檬酸为螯合剂,制备了钙钛矿型锰酸锶镧陶瓷粉体,结合通过丝网印刷工艺,将粉体制备的复合浆料通过丝网印刷的方法印刷到氧化铝陶瓷板上,并采用不同的烧结温度1000℃,1100℃,1200℃,1300℃烧结成锰酸锶镧陶瓷薄膜。通过扫描电镜SEM,XRD扫描,和差热分析等手段研究了不同烧结温度对陶瓷薄膜的形貌和相结构的影响,并通过四探针电阻仪测量不同温度烧结薄膜的方阻值,重点分析了烧结温度对其导电性能的影响。结果 表明在1000℃到1200℃范围内,烧结温度的升高会提高其导电能力,而温度进一步升高到1300℃后,其导电能力会遭到破坏。
