　　Since the photoluminescent behavior of carbon dots(CDs)have been reported in 2004[1],CDs have drew many attentions due to their unique luminescent properties.However,in contrast to the size-dependent luminescent properties of semiconductor quantum dots(QDs),most CDs emitted blue or green light as reported even with larger size than that of QDs.Yellow and red light emitting CDs have seldom been reported.
