　　Micelles formed from poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) conjugates through self-assembly have been widely studied for delivery of anticancer drugs.However,studies revealed that some evident drawbacks of PEG related micelles,including recognition of PEG by the immune system,identification of anti-PEG antibodies in the patients,and inefficient drug release in the cytoplasm[1].
