Objective To determine the effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the production of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the liver of rat.Methods By intraperitoneal injection technology, WISTAR rats were exposed, the dose were 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 1.0 mg / kg and the content of NO, the enzymatic activity of NOS and iNOS in the liver tissue were measured.
