黄土丘陵沟壑区不同植物群落土壤CNP化学计量特征

  黄土丘陵沟壑区生态环境脆弱,植被恢复是该区水土流失治理与生态安全的根本途径.而该区土壤贫瘠,特别是C、N、P 等植物所需基本元素的亏缺制约着当地植被恢复和重建.生态化学计量学可将这些植物所需的基本元素结合起来,着重研究不同化学元素之间的平衡关系.为此,本研究选取了三种主要草本群落(长芒草、铁杆蒿、白羊草)和两种人工林群落(刺槐、柠条),对不同群落的土壤养分(有机碳、全氮、全磷)和土壤化学计量(C/N 值、C/P 值、N/P 值)进行研究,结果表明:(1)不同群落类型0~10 cm 土层碳、氮含量明显高于10~20 cm,不同土层间磷含量差异不显著.(2)不同群落0~20 cm 土层,土壤有机碳含量介于1.93~4.98g/kg,铁杆蒿群落最低,与其他群落(刺槐林除外)差异显著(P<0.05);柠条林最高,与其他群落差异显著(P<0.05);土壤全氮含量介于0.37~0.58g/kg,铁杆蒿群落最高,与其他群落(白羊草群落除外)差异不显著;白羊草群落最低,与其他群落(铁杆蒿群落除外)差异不显著;土壤全磷含量为0.47~0.62 g/kg,铁杆蒿和白羊草群落最低,而长芒草群落最高,长芒草群落与其他草本群落差异显著(P<0.05).(3)C/N 值为3.6~11.9,铁杆蒿群落最低,与其他群落差异显著(P<0.05);柠条林最高,与铁杆蒿群落和刺槐林差异显著(P<0.05);C/P 值为4.0~9.0,铁杆蒿群落最低,与白羊草群落和柠条林差异显著;柠条林最高,与其他群落(白羊草除外)差异显著(P<0.05);N/P 值为0.62~1.21,铁杆蒿群落最高,与其他群落(柠条林除外)差异显著(P<0.05);长芒草最低,与其他群落(铁杆蒿除外)差异不显著.(4)有机碳与多样性指数和群落盖度显著相关;C/P 值与群落盖度显著相关.
