"What is it that makes a medic a Superior Practitioner of Medical Qi Gong" ? At its most basic, "superiority" both demands and results in effectiveness. The pivotal question then is "what is it that makes a medical intervention effective" ?Phrased negatively for emphatic import, in the absence of intention the treatment outcome is rendered random. The interaction between practitioner and patient becomes inescapably haphazard since lack of intention, of intended purpose, is equivalent to lack of objective. It robs the ensuing procedure of focus and direction.Whatever else might be involved, an essential constituent element concerns the practitioners "intention"Insofar as this is correct it behoves us to enquire more particularly concerning the defining features of "intention"
