研究了碳纤维前驱体丙烯腈-衣康酸共聚物(PAN-IA) /N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液的流变学性质,聚合物的黏均分子量在4~10万之间,IA的质量含量约5%;考察了质量浓度在15%~30%、温度在30℃~90℃范围内溶液的流变性质。发现对数零切黏度与浓度、分子量及温度倒数存在良好的线性关系,而且在100 1/s以内的剪切速率下,溶液接近牛顿流体的行为,然而随黏度的升高而表现出剪切变稀行为。对

通过熔融纺丝法制备了热致性液晶(TLCP)/聚苯硫醚(PPS)原位成纤共混纤维,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC),通过非等温结晶方法研究了TLCP微纤对PPS基体结晶行为的影响,并用Jeziorny模型描述了非等温动力学。研究表明,TLCP/PPS原位成纤共混纤维的非等温结晶动力学过程能够使用Jeziorny模型来描述。此外,采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了挤出共混物表面形貌及共混纤维的TLCP微纤结构。
