A series of measures were put forward to deal with the construction and management of periodical resource in library of nowadays aeronautical universities.Great impact has been brought to subscription and daily management of conventional foreign periodical by the widely spread of computer and intemet.The stored paper periodical has shrieked gradually.Different measures have been discussed in this paper; certain guidance could be made to enhance the guarantee of periodical resource in library of aeronautical universities.
