总结颜面部深度烧伤后瘢痕挛缩致小口畸形围手术期的护理要点，术前口腔护理，术后重视口腔及伤口护理.21例烧伤后瘢痕挛缩致小口畸形的病人手术后20例口唇外观改善，但有1例张口仍受限制.1年后进行了再次手术，效果满意.
