本文利用甘肃酒泉风电基地资料,分析其风力分布特征,在此基础上对酒泉风电基地进行风力预报的分区;应用中国气象局运行的BJ-RUC模式对西北区域风力进行预报,结果表明,模式预报能较好的反映酒泉风电基地的各个风电场风力趋势,但在风力大小的预报上存在较大误差,同时,BJ-RUC模式对风电场的风力预报准确率分析表明模式对特殊地理位置区域的预报准确率比较低;用Kalman滤波方法对中国气象局运行的BJ-RUC模式的风力预报结果进行订正,结果表明,经过Kalman滤波方法订正后,对酒泉风电基地风电场风力的预报效果有明显提高。
