　　Intracellular Ca2+ overload plays a pivotal role in acute heart failure, which is induced by tentacle extract (TE) from jellyfish Cyaneacapillata.If an intervention that inhibits the increase of cytosolic Ca2+from both extracellular Ca2+ entry and intracellular Ca2+ release, it is maybe beneficial to the antagonistic effect of the cardiotoxicity of jellyfish venom.
