With Chinas sustained economic growth,urban development makes the environmental pressure increased heavily.Construction of low carbon eco-city is an inevitable tendency that can provide livable,low-carbon,economic development opportunity,high quality life,which is a new mode of future city.Low-carbon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential guidance for planning and construction of eco-cities.In the past,researchers are more focused on analyzing the construction of Low-Carbon KPIs system,while ignoring the influence degree between low-carbon KPIs and Homo Urbanicus settlements selection.This paper discusses the interactions between the two subjects,to explore the priority work of urban planners in the future.
