某车型前防撞横梁结构设计

某N1类车型在应对法规GB11551—2014开发过程中,由于受车体纵向设计空间的限制,在进行正面全宽刚性壁障碰撞时,左右纵梁前端吸能盒结构变形与吸能不充分,导致乘员伤害值较大.本文分析该车在碰撞过程中的吸能机理后,在不改变已有结构的基础上,新增加前防撞横梁结构,并基于Ls-Dyna建立前防撞横梁及整车碰撞的有限元仿真模型辅助结构优化设计.通过对比仿真结果,新增加防撞横梁结构后,纵梁前端吸能盒结构变形得到明显改善,车体结构耐撞性能明显提高,为车体结构和约束系统进一步优化提供有利的基础条件.
