剌参亲本资源库的构建及抗病刺参良种选育

  近年来刺参养殖产业迅猛发展,成为北方沿海区域的主要养殖品种和支柱产业,被视为第五次海水养殖浪潮的主体。然而,随着人工养殖规模的扩大,刺参出现了种质退化等一系列问题,己成为产业可持续发展的"瓶颈",亟需加强刺参种质资源收集及良种培育相关研究。本课题组根据刺参的自然分布范围、养殖方式和刺参主要经济性状收集了我国海参主产区和日本沿海、不同来源(野生、人工养殖)、不同优势性状(生长速度快、多刺型、体壁厚)、抗逆性强的刺参地理群体12个,初步构建了国内首个刺参亲本资源库。
