The purpose of this research is to study aerated concrete basing on thermal conductivity with orthogonal experimental method.Aerated concrete is prepared and then curved by the method of vapor curing and carbon dioxide curing.The influences of the ratio of water to ingredient and mixing quantity of raw materials on the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete are investigated.Moreover, an optimum mixing proportion is determined with orthogonal experimental method.Range analysis results show that the optimum mixing proportion is: Aluminum powder : Silica sand : Gypsum is 0.08% ∶ 45% ∶ 4%, the ratio of water to ingredient is 0.50, and the content ratio of cement and lime is 1∶ 2.Variance analysis results show that the ratio of water to ingredient and the mixing quantity of raw materials are not remarkable influencing factors.The ratio of water to ingredient also has effect on the thermal conductivity of aerated concrete.
