高压氧下体外反搏治疗突发性耳聋２６例（观察组），另以单纯高压氧治疗突发性耳聋２６例作为对照，结果观察组治愈率７６．８％，对照组治愈率３０．８％（Ｐ＜０．０１），两组有非常显著性差异。病程１个月～６个月的观察组治愈率８１．８％，对照组为２８．６％（Ｐ＜０．０５），两组有显著性差异。表明高压氧下体外反搏治疗突发性耳聋可提高治愈率，优于单纯高压氧治疗。 Extracorporeal cardioplegia under hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness in 26 cases (observation group), the other with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness in 26 cases as a control, the results of the observation group, the cure rate was 76.8%, the control group, the cure rate was 30.8 % (P <0.01), the two groups have very significant differences. The cure rate was 81.8% in the observation group from 1 month to 6 months and 28.6% in the control group (P <0.05), with significant difference between the two groups. That under high pressure oxygen in vitro counterpulsation of sudden deafness can improve the cure rate, superior to simple hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
