目的:综述β-榄香烯衍生物的抗肿瘤活性及构效关系的研究进展.方法:查阅β-榄香烯衍生物研究的相关文献,重点概述有活性报道的β-榄香烯衍生物的抗肿瘤活性及构效关系.结果:经对文献进行分析归纳,并结合本课题组研究工作,总结了各类衍生物的抗肿瘤活性及初步构效关系.结论:在保持β-榄香烯整个分子骨架和双键的前提下,在13、14位引入含氮、含氧基团合成的大多数β-榄香烯衍生物的体外抗肿瘤活性高于β-榄香烯,水溶性也有所改善.
