The quasi-neutral limit of the full Navier-Stokes-Fourier-Poisson system for the plasmas and semiconductors in the multi-dimensional torus is considered in the framework of both smooth and weak solutions as the scaled Debye length goes to zero.In particular,the effects of large temperature variations are taken into account.
