During pathogen attack, plasma membrane (PM) undergoes dynamic changes for both membrane structure and protein composition.Magnaporthe oryzae (M.oryzae) is a hemibiotrophic fungi and a devastating pathogen of rice.In M.Oryzae biotrophic stage, rice plasma membrane plays a pivotal role in preventing fungal infection by separating the biotrophic hyphae from cytoplasm with invaginated plasma membrane.
