PVDF ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by blending with PVA,PVP,PEG and PMMA through NIPS method.Membrane components and morphologies were analyzed by FTIR and scanning electron microscope (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM),respectively.Membrane performance was evaluated in terms of pure water permeation,BAS rejection,water contact angle (WCA),et al.The membrane fouling behavior was evaluated according to dynamic pollution resistance model,using secondary effluent of urban sewage as separation object.The results showed that ultrafiltration membranes with high hydrophilicity,dense surface and through rnacropore had small sewage flux attenuation and low pollution during filtration,and the main components of fouling resistance was concentration polarization and cake layer resistance,membrane fouling behavior was reversible.While the UF membrane with porous surface,no through macropore in internal,loose sponge-like structure was easy to produce pore plugging resistance,and membrane fouling was irreversible.The surface roughness has certain contribution to the anti-fouling performance of UF membrane.The effect of surface roughness of ultrafiltration membrane on antifouling properties of membrane is not clear.
