Iron ion(Fe3+),the physiologically most abundant and versatile transition metal in biological systems,has been closely related to many certain cancers,metabolism,and dysfunction of organs such as the liver,heart,and pancreas.In this work,the core-shell NaYF4:Yb,Er@NaYF4(designed as UCNPs) modified with PEGylated amphiphilic polymer were first synthesized to act as host and combined with a synthesized Nile red derivative fluorescent probe(guest).
