目的:探讨时间-强度曲线在肝细胞肝癌临床研究和应用中的价值。方法:对肝细胞肝癌32例进行超声造影检查,利用时间-强度曲线测量达峰强度、增强斜率和廓清斜率并观察曲线形态,对其进行分析研究。结果:肝细胞肝癌和瘤周非癌组织廓清斜率分别为(3.20±1.46)dB/s,(0.41±0.07)dB/s,二者差异有统计学意义,而增强斜率和达峰强度差异则无统计学意义;峰值曲线形态方面,14例(43.75%)呈单峰,18例(56.25%)呈双峰(M峰)。结论:时间-强度曲线可量化分析肝细胞肝癌的血流动力学变化特点,有助于肝细胞肝癌的临床研究和诊疗。
Objective: To investigate the value of time-intensity curve in the clinical research and application of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Thirty-two cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. The peak intensity, the slope and the clearing slope were measured by time-intensity curve, and the shape of the curve was observed. Results: The clearance slope of hepatocellular carcinoma and non-cancerous tissue were (3.20 ± 1.46) dB / s and (0.41 ± 0.07) dB / s, respectively, with significant difference, while the difference between the enhanced slope and the peak intensity There was no statistical significance. In peak curve morphology, 14 cases (43.75%) showed a single peak and 18 cases (56.25%) showed double peak (M peak). Conclusion: The time-intensity curve can quantitatively analyze the hemodynamic characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and contribute to the clinical research and diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
