第十三届冬运会速滑馆整体形状为197m×118m椭球形,高32m,内部主体为钢筋混凝土框架,上部为张弦桁架结构,外围采用异形曲面带肋单层网壳结构。本文首先对屋盖设计中的几种可行结构方案进行比选,并最终确定屋盖结构采用张弦桁架结构体系。然后,重点介绍了屋盖的结构布置、张弦结构的整体受力分析和断索分析等主要内容。此外,本工程中对受力较为复杂的节点采用铸钢节点,并对其进行了实体有限元分析。目前,采用单向张弦桁架结构的椭圆形平面在大跨建筑中较少采用,本工程将为该类建筑选型提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The overall shape of the speed skating mansion for the 13th Winter Games is 197m × 118m ellipsoid with a height of 32m. The inner part of the speed skating mansion is reinforced concrete frame, the upper part is a truss truss structure, and the outer periphery is a ribbed single-layer reticulated shell with a special curved surface. In this paper, we compare and select several feasible structures in the roof design and finally determine the roof truss structure system. Then it mainly introduces the structural layout of the roof, the whole stress analysis of the string structure and the analysis of the broken cable. In addition, the node of the steel with more complicated stress is adopted in the project and the solid finite element analysis is carried out. At present, the oval plane using unidirectional truss truss structure is less used in large-span buildings. This project will provide some reference and reference for the selection of such buildings.
