目的：通过对无慢性肾脏病(CKD)和糖尿病的高血压患者群体的分析，研究血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(uACR)和多种公式估计的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)等肾功能指标对冠心病(CAD)及其狭窄严重程度的评估价值。同时研究Gensini积分与各因素的关系以及血清Cys-C与各因素的关系。
目的：探讨高血压患者基因检测在原发性高血压个体化治疗中的临床疗效及意义.方法：收集我院2016年3月至2016年4月原发性高血压患者20例，分别检测3类药物的5个相关基因位点多态性，以此结果指导不同患者选择个体化的抗高血压药物治疗.结果：高血压药物相关基因的多态性决定个体间用药疗效的差异.根据药物相关基因检测报告，对17例原发性高血压患者选择个体化治疗药物，随访1月血压均可达标，期间未见不良反应.
