To investigate the impact of antiplatelet (AP) therapy on hemorrhagic transformation (HT) in acute ischemic stroke after intravenous thrombolysis. The individual data from 122 patients with acute ischemic stroke who had received intravenous tPA therapy (within 4.5 hours of stroke onset) in 6 hospitals of southwest of Zhejiang province were retrospectively reviewed.Based on the history of antiplatelet therapy, the patients were divided into two groups: tPA-treated group and vehicle treated group.Baseline characteristics, the occurrence of HT and prognosis were analyzed.
