采用平面瞬时热源法研究激光作用后轮齿内部的瞬态温度场分布,导出了实用的齿轮硬化层分布的快速估算公式,同时还讨论了齿轮的背面回火问题。
The instantaneous heat source method is used to study the transient temperature field distribution inside the gear after laser action. A practical formula for estimating the distribution of gear hardening layer is deduced. The back tempering problem of the gear is also discussed.
