In turbomachinery design,rotor dynamics analysis is the most important part of the overall design process.Through the rotor dynamics analysis,the critical speed of the rotor can be analyzed,which can define the operating speed range of the rotor.For active magnetic bearing(AMB)-rotor system,the rotor dynamics analysis becomes more important and has some particularities.In addition to the conventional definition and analysis,the rotor dynamics analysis is closely related to the design of the AMBs controller.The AMB-rotor dynamics analysis is not only the design basis of the AMB controller,but also one of the most important judgments of the rotor running state prediction.By using finite element coupled state-space method combined with rotor dynamics and control system design,the similarities and differences between the unbalance response and the closed-loop transfer function of the AMB-rotor in the HTR-PM helium blower are discussed emphatically.The necessity and correctness of the analysis are verified experimentally.The feasibility of using the closed-loop transfer function analysis and test to replace the unbalanced response test process is attempted,thus simplifying the experimental verification process and proving the feasibility through experiments.

为了研究不同导叶数的混流泵内部流场压力脉动情况,应用商业软件Numeca分别对模型1(4叶片、11导叶数)和模型2(4叶片、7导叶数)进行非定常数值模拟.通过设置监测点,得到了叶轮和导叶位置的压力脉动结果,并进行了频域分析.结果表明,模型1和模型2的叶轮内,工作面尾缘的脉动幅值大于前缘,背面前缘的脉动幅值大于尾缘,压力脉动最大值出现在叶片工作面尾缘,而导叶内压力脉动幅度均由叶片前缘到尾缘逐渐减小.
