Chemical investigation of the plant Rubus corchorifolius L.f., collected in Hunan province, afforded three new ent-kaurane diterpenoids.The structure of these new compounds were determined to be (16R)-16, 17-dihydroxy-ent-kaur-2-one (1), (16R)-16,17-dihydroxy-ent-kaur-2-one-17-O-β-D-glucoside (2), (16R)-9β, 16,17-trihydroxy-ent-kaur-2-one (3) by various spectroscopic methods.
