The aim of investigation is the study of the ultrasrtuctural and morphometrical characteristics of the intraocular part of white rat optic nerve.Intraocular parts of optic nerve of 6 white laboratory rats were fixed using intravenous infusing the mixed solution of 4％ paraformaldehyde and 0.5％ glutaraldehyde in 0.1M phosphate buffer (pH-7.4).
