服务贸易是WTO的三大支柱之一,发展服务贸易已经成为服务经济发达国家对外扩张的新焦点,大力发展服务贸易也已成为中国当今经济转型发展中的重要选择。在货物贸易已经遭遇知识产权重重壁垒的今天,研究服务贸易中的知识产权保护问题,对我国成功完成经济转型的发展,并确保今后的科学发展有着未雨绸缪之意义。 Service trade is one of the three pillars of the WTO. The development of trade in services has become the new focus of foreign expansion in the service economy developed countries. Vigorously developing service trade has also become an important choice in China’s current economic restructuring. Nowadays, trade in goods has encountered numerous barriers to intellectual property. Studying the protection of intellectual property in the service trade has the significance of making the economic restructuring in our country successful and ensuring future scientific development.
