Objective: To compare the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence of five kits which used to quantitatively detect hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA.Method: Four kinds of domestic fluorescence detection kits, A, B, C, and D, and COBAS AmpliPrep/COBAS TaqMan HBV Test kit manufactured by Roche, were applied to detect National standard, an additional plasma for sensitivity (7 times dilution), 15 plasma samples from health blood donor and 45 plasma samples from chronic hepatitis B patients.Roche kit was detected with Full Automatic detection system while four kinds of domestic kits were detected with 2 different instrument system(A1,A2;B1,B2;C1,C2;D1,D2), respectively.
