Procyanidins oligomers (PCO) are a sort of main and important second matebolites in cinnamon barks.There are two main types of PCO in cinnamon polyphenols, double-linked A-type and single-linked B-type.In this research, we studied the types and content of PCO in different cinnamon species;optimized the extraction process of PCO in cinnamon;isolated and identified over ten PCO compounds and enriched to g level successfully;studied the conversion condition and mechanism of B-type to A-type PCO, the preparation and isolation of PCO methvlated products etc.
