本工作合成出一种新型的Sn-Pt/TiO2纳米复合材料作为具有优良氧还原反应(ORR)性能的高效电化学示踪剂，并且使用Sn-Pt/TiO2作为电化学适配体信号探针，开发出一种简便且超灵敏的微量链霉素检测策略。

三磷酸腺苷(ATP)是细胞生物代谢活动的主要能量来源，可作为细胞生命活力的标志，当细胞发生坏死或细胞凋亡时ATP 的含量会减少直至消失。在本工作中，我们首先通过一步水热法合成出TiO2 纳米线阵列，为增加其比表面积和增强其对可见光的吸收利用率，进一步在TiO2 纳米线阵列表面通过简单的水热法负载MgIn2S4 纳米片，形成新颖的TiO2 纳米线阵列/MgIn2S4 纳米片复合纳米材料。

检测氟离子和肼的双功能荧光探针

肼和氟离子被人们认为是环境污染物和潜在的致癌物质，检测微量的肼和氟离子就尤为重要。本文构造了一个结构简单的荧光探针NAME用于检测两种污染物质氟离子和肼。探针NAME是由具有强亲核能力的4-甲基伞形酮作为母体，强亲电能力的4-硝基苯磺酰基作为氟离子和肼的捕获基团。

忍冬性寒味甘,具有清热解毒,疏散风热的功效,现代药理研究表明忍冬叶具有良好的抗炎功效.本文以5-脂肪氧合酶(5-LOX)为作用靶点对其抗炎活性进行了较深入的研究.以二氧化钛纳米管(TNTs)为载体,通过化学键合法固定5-LOX,建立了快速高效筛选忍冬叶中5-LOX抑制剂的HPLC 方法,经确认筛选出的5-LOX 抑制剂为：木犀草素、木犀草苷、忍冬苷、异绿原酸C 及未知组分M1.
