踝关节下清理术治疗跗骨窦综合症的近期临床疗效分析

【摘 要】

：

目的 探讨采用踝关节镜监视下关节腔清理术治疗跗骨窦综合征的临床疗效.方法 对 13 例跗骨窦综合征患者采用踝关节镜下病灶清除,7 例同时进行软骨面修整,4 例行微骨折术.采用美国足踝外科(AOFAS)踝-后足评分系统、改良McCurie 踝关节评分系统和Mazur 踝关节评分系统对手术前后功能状况进行评分.
