重度OSA岛叶皮质代谢物的变化及其意义

【摘要】

：

目的：探讨重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSA)患者岛叶皮质代谢物的变化。方法：应用单体素质子磁共振波谱检查,记录13例OSA患者岛叶N-乙酰天冬氨酸/肌酐、胆碱/肌酸、肌醇/肌酸、谷氨酸盐复合物/肌酸、N-乙酰天冬氨酸/胆碱、乳酸等,对患者进行汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁量表,匹斯堡睡眠质量指数,Epworth嗜睡量表测评,记录得分。
