通过对不同冷拔变形后的GH3625合金棒材的组织和性能进行分析,归纳与总结了冷拔变形工艺对该合金的组织及性能的影响规律。即经过冷拔变形后合金同一横截面不同部位晶粒度呈现明显差异,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度与减面率存在近似直线关系,即σ=σ0+100K*A.再者随着减面率的增大,屈服比σ0.2/σb的值逐步增大,并且在总减面率相同的情况下,多次拔制有利于合金塑性的改善。
