目的 应用高频超声观察激光治疗儿童面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法 应用高频超声对 10例儿童面部皮下海绵状血管瘤的Nd :YAG激光治疗过程进行动态监测。结果 治疗前肿瘤呈不均匀的低回声 ,内有较丰富的血流信号 ;治疗后肿瘤回声增强且较均匀 ,内部血流信号减少或消失。结论 高频超声可作为激光治疗儿童面部海绵状血管瘤术前定位和术后疗效判断的手段。
Objective To observe the curative effect of high frequency ultrasound on children’s facial cavernous hemangiomas. Methods Ten cases of subcutaneous cavernous hemangiomas were treated with Nd: YAG laser in 10 children. Results Before treatment, the tumor showed a non-uniform hypoechoic echo with abundant blood flow signal. After treatment, the tumor echo was enhanced and more uniform, and the internal blood flow signal decreased or disappeared. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can be used as a laser treatment of children with cavernous hemangiomas preoperative localization and postoperative efficacy of judging means.
