In this paper,commercial vehicle fatigue lift including static torsion fatigue and random fatigue was carried out using the finite element method and test method.The static cab torsion fatigue analysis based on the finite element model was carried with the MSC.Nastran software.Comparing the finite element fatigue calculation results and testing fatigue results,they are very closed and the finite element fatigue analysis can be verified by the Test.We established the process of cab random fatigue lift analysis.The spot-welds built in the Hypermesh software must be converted in the FEMFAT software before the inertia relief static computation.The static and multi-body dynamic simulation were carried with MSC.Nastran and MSC.Adams software.We took the cab random fatigue simulation with the static analysis result and the B grade,C grade,D grade road load history which was obtained from multi-body computation using the testing ground data as input.The combination of finite element simulation and test can be used for predicting the cab durability and analyzing the fatigue damage of the cab.The study indicate that spot weld fatigue damage play an important role of the cab fatigue which need to be estimated accurately.
