　　Background cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(Ⅱ) (cis-phtin, CDDP), a widely used anticancer drug, shows acute dose-related side effects.Dichloro (1,2-diaminocyclohexane) platinum(Ⅱ) (DACHPt), a CDDP analogue, has shown lower toxicity than CDDP and no cross-resistance with CDDP in many CDDP-resistant cancers.
