AST3 are equipped with 10k x 10k frame transfer CCDs (STA1600FT).I will present the lab test results of the CCDs,including linearity,dark current,readout noise,etc.And I will discuss the nonlinear photon transfer curve of these CCDs,as well as its effects on photometry.At last I will show the current status of the CCDs at Dome A.
